Kalibro is a cloud-based solution that allows you to replace filling out paper order forms for field workers with data entry through a mobile application. Mobile employees receive real-time tasks from the operator with the necessary forms to fill out. The results entered into the forms are transmitted to the operator’s server. The service also allows you to track the stages of task completion and view the statistics of each employee.

Mobile and Web Design
3 months
Before starting this project I didn’t have any completed web/mobile project in my portfolio. This was the first one and I needed to keep in mind both sides of the coin. It was challenging at first, but after getting clear and strict data from a client I was able to fully understand the task.
One of the main requirements for this project was the UI Kit that client wanted to use. They wanted their dashboard to have a clean and systematic view and Untitled UI (yes, that is the name of the UI kit) was the perfect choice for this project. When I was first told to use this instead of my own design elements, I was a little confused because I’m used to design every button and element from scratch and even have my own design system for each project. After I started using this kit, I was convinced that it looks much more professional and clean, and what’s more important, it saved me a lot of time.
I was required to deliver different kinds of screen designs, from sign-in to dynamic table view. Again Untitled UI kit was very helpful as it has all the elements that were necessary for this project.
The project was built from scratch. Every screen has its own layout and every layout has its on variation to be used for certain goals. Each element has multiple variations and are fully responsive across all kinds of devices.
As I used Untitled UI kit, I felt in love with the default font Inter. It’s strict, professional and the right kind of font that can be used for dashboards and admin panels. The color pallete is derived from the original brand colors, which gives the interface a professional and clean look. The right font and the right color pallete makes the half of the design.
An extensive library of interface elements, set up with a clear set of guidelines and rules to follow creates an environment of consistent visuals. The elements adjust to the needs of any UI/UX Designer. This system makes this project versatile and makes the room for future developments and tweaks.
As a final result I have another happy client who is in love with his project designed by me. In the end, this is all that matters.
I am always happy to make new friends and talk about their project or just chat about this and that. Give it a try. Set an appointment.
